Juicery Plus is the healthiest plant based restaurant and juice bar in El Paso…
BUT JUICERY PLUS IS SO MUCH MORE!
Founded by Chef Carlos Padilla and Business Entrepreneur Adrián Guillén, Juicery Plus wants to be a welcoming place for people looking for delicious, real, healthy food and clean eating.
Whether you’re plant based, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore or transitioning to a plant based diet, we have something for you.
At Juicery Plus, all of our base menu is vegan, with the option of adding meat.
All of our milks are vegetable milks (coconut, almond, rice) and we prepare all the vegan “cheese” we use in our dishes.
We have what we call a “sprouted kitchen”. We sprout all the grains, seeds and legumes we use for our dishes, like lentils, beans and chickpeas. And all of our bread and pastries are made in house with sprouted spelt grains. This makes them healthier and easier to digest.
Sprouted grain bread is made from whole grains that have begun to sprout, or germinate. However, what you might think of as a grain is really a seed. With proper moisture and warmth, whole grain seeds begin to sprout into a plant. The sprouting process offers several nutrition benefits, compared to breads made from unsprouted grains or grain flours. In fact, sprouting changes the nutritional profile of the grains, making their nutrients more readily available and possibly easier to digest.
WHAT IS “PLANT BASED”?
A plant based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with few or no animal products.
The use of the phrase plant-based has changed over time, and examples can be found of the phrase “plant-based diet” being used to refer to vegan diets, which contain no food from animal sources, to vegetarian diets which include eggs and dairy but no meat, and to diets with varying amounts of animal-based foods, such as semi-vegetarian diets which contain small amounts of meat.
We thrive to give you excellence through our service and products.
We use the best ingredients. No chemical preservatives, artificial colors or artificial sweeteners. Therefore, we source as much as possible from local farmers, producers and vendors. We’re all about flavor and healthy eating habits.
We also care about the impact that those habits have in our environment. That’s why we support sustainable agriculture and eco-friendly products.
